Located at the upper end of the largest valley in the Niligris, the resort fall near the lovedale region of Ootakamund. It comprises of the main building & 36 suites all facing the stunning valley views.

The design was dictated by the steep contours of the site, with suites at the lower end and the main building at the upper. The concept of vertical rows formed with overlapping masses takes advantage of the land gradient. This offers an almost 360 degrees of valley view from the terrace of each suite. The color scheme of white and terrakota with raw granite stone stands out within the green valley.
